The purpose of this section is to provide an overview of the floor plans in the towers from the convenience of your office or home. Here we introduce you to the layout of the first floor and of the one, two and three bedroom floor plans.

First Floor Plan :The first floor of each tower includes a spacious lobby with Concierge desk, a large party room, men’s and women’s health clubs, four passenger elevators, two service elevators, a garage elevator, a security station, resident mail boxes and the management offices.

Three Bedroom Plan : The three bedroom plan includes a foyer and powder room, living room with wetbar, dining room, corner garden room or den with two glass walls, full service kitchen with serving area, service entry and bath, master bedroom with his and her walk-in closets and baths, second bedroom suite with private bath, guest bedroom or study suite with private bath. The plan spans over an approximate area of 2,690 square feet. These plans can be found on floors 16 through 38.

Two Bedroom Plan: The two-bedroom plan includes a foyer and a powder room, living and dining area with wetbar, full-service kitchen with serving area, separate service entry, master bedroom suite with separate baths, second bedroom or den suite with separate bath. The plan spans over an approximate area of 1,675 square feet. These plans can be found on floors 3 through 15. .

One Bedroom Plan: The one-bedroom plan includes a foyer and powder room, living and dining area with wetbar, full service kitchen, master bedroom suite with separated bathroom areas. The plan spans over an approximate area of 1,015 square feet. The plans can be found on floors 3 through 15.
