Health Clubs

The recreational plaza and its facilities complement the health clubs located on the first floor of each tower. The health clubs are newly renovated and fully equipped, and each features separate saunas, Jacuzzi, exercise and massage rooms for men and women.

• You no longer need a personal club membership, full- service health club at your fingertips.
• Homeowners can enjoy a session with their Personal Trainer at Four Leaf Health Club, never leave home!
• Each building’s health club has a full service dressing area, including showers, restrooms, dry sauna, changing room and Jacuzzi.
• Complete line of exercise equipment, including Life Fitness Strength Training stations, recumbent and upright bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and elliptical machines.
• Machines include Lat Pulldown, Leg Extension machine, Leg Press, Bench press, Cable and Pulley machine with many other machines to choose from.
• Flat screen televisions throughout the gym to enjoy while you exercise and even individual televisions on the treadmills.
• An additional enclosed room available within the gym for private training sessions or small group classes.
