Mini Personal Training Classes Continue on Zoom in Your Own Home

Start working out now to be fit for an active spring and summer. These sessions are designed to keep you moving and are held in the privacy of your own home. They are considered an intermediate level. Every class starts with a warm-up, continues with posture correction and balance work and then covers a theme for the day.

This group of friendly men and women take exercise and socialization seriously and are healthier and happier for it. Come try us out and see why they are dedicated to these sessions. We even have three out-of-state devotees. Most have been part of it since the beginning of COVID.

No special equipment needed. We exercise barefoot for optimum balance training. All you need is a chair and some water. Do consider joining this cheerful group.
